Tried to overcharge me by an incredulous amount. They were charging $83 for each light bulb they had to change and charging half an hour labor to change each one.  Then they estimated the most expensive part for each thing that needed replaced. They estimated the most expensive (ceramic) kind of brake pad that only people who don’t want brake dust on their cars would get. So glad I got a second opinion somewhere else and saved myself a ton of money. Avoid this place at all costs!

Brought in a trailer tire to be assessed for a possible leak. Trailer tire is rated at 80 pounds, which is normal for trailer tires. They only filled it to 30 pounds and told me it was good to go.They have no clue what they're doing. I called back asked for the owner contact number, they disconnected my call and refuse to answer any of my call back calls.

I’ve waited to review this in hopes the owner would respond to me but she hasn’t. Do not I repeat do not use this shop. My son took his Audi there for an oil leak and sunroof leak no lights were on the dash and the car was driving fine when he dropped it off Picked it up from the oil leak repair the coolant light was on, check engine light, and ECM light. He took it the next day back to get the sunroof repaired and told Michael about the lights on his dash and the car wouldn’t go past 4000 rpm and driving in limp mode. Michael said they would look at it. My son picked up the car the same day from the sunroof leak and Michael said the lights should go off and there was probably just oil on some wires. First, I’m not stupid and was not settled with this response. I called the shop myself and told him if the car doesn’t start driving better soon we would be bringing it back for them to correct whatever they did. He tried to say oh well it’s an Audi they have issues to which my response was well none of these lights were on when we brought the car in. Two weeks we waited to take it back to Brookhaven and in the meantime went to autozone and had them run diagnostic. There were two pages

Mixed feelings because yes, they do good work, but they like to lie about needed repairs to up their ticket. I’m not talking about small fixes either, they said I needed a new water pump because it was leaking from the weep hole, totaling around $1,400. Told them no and took their diagnostic/quote to triple A on Main Street (highly recommend and you don’t have to have their insurance to go there). They ran a compression test and called me to say there was no leak whatsoever and no need for a new water pump. I’d give yall a 5 star for the work done but lying to your paying customers is wild, that’s definitely not how you build customer loyalty. Do better👎🏼

Went here based off of Discount Tires recommendation because they broke off multiple lug nuts during a tire change. Ended up having all 6 lugs replaced on the damaged hub, then two more broke off the same hub within 2-3 weeks of them repairing them and now they are refusing to fix/re-fix it… even for the time being just to get us back on the road so we can take it elsewhere. Not only very unprofessional but extremely inconsiderate, considering they were the ones who fixed it. The customer service was by far the worse we’ve received. At the least, Discount Tire was trying to help where they could. We will not be using them again since they can’t stand by the work they did only two weeks ago. Side note and transparency, they did mentioned that eventually this could happen again. However, we didn’t expect it to be within 15 days, and if that was the case, we wouldn’t have paid $400 to fix it. And if they would have felt it wasn’t going to last more than a month they should have been honest and sent us elsewhere. Honestly it lacked integrity and customer care/concern.
